President of Multi Réso, Francine holds a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Ottawa. She started out in research nearly 30 years ago. In 1986 she became project director for Sorécom; by 1990 she was a senior partner at Multi Réso and vice president at Soucy D. Gagné et associés, a research and consulting firm specializing in socio-political research. She moderates dozens of group interviews every year and handles quantitative studies as well.
Daniel has a BA in art from California College of Arts and Craft and an MBA in marketing from HEC. He has been a dedicated researcher for over 15 years and excels at obtaining highly pertinent information. Daniel has handled over a hundred projects for a wide range of companies, using a unique blend of qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Bertrand holds a master’s degree in psychology and completed schooling for a doctor’s degree in industrial psychology at the Université de Montréal. From 1973 to 1990, he was director of applied research projects, a consultant in methodology, psychometrics and training and VP of organizational surveys at Sorécom. Since 1993 Bertrand has geared applied research to the medical and pharmaceutical fields, where he consults directly with health professionals regarding their therapeutic approaches and clinical decision-making.
Richard is a graduate of RMC (Kingston) and HEC (Montréal). He has acquired professional experience in large corporations, most notably in the retail, food processing, telecommunication, public utilities, non-profit, and manufacturing industries. His research mandates focus on consumer psychology, behaviour modeling and predictive models for data mining. Richard is also an associate professor in the School of Retail Management at Ryerson University in Toronto, and the author of many scientific publications.
